Citrus, anise, restorative
Local lemon verbena and anise hyssop team with citrusy grapefruit peel, lemongrass and ginger to create a daytime pick-me-up or digestive aid. Lemon verbena is detoxifying, restorative and known to assist with cold symptoms. Native Americans used anise hyssop to remedy coughs, congestion and fevers.
Brew 2 tablespoons in 8 ounces of water, covered, for 4-5 minutes.
Ingredients: lemon verbena, grapefruit peel, lemongrass, ginger, anise hyssop (all organic)
