This organic Sencha green tea is from a Kagoshima prefecture on the volcanic island of Kyushu in Southern Japan. Special blending and firing techniques yield a rich vegetal flavor and aroma of dark greens- moderately bitter, delectably nutty. Minimally blended with local red clover blossom and milky oats.
Brew 1 tablespoon in 8 ounces of water, covered, for 2-3 minutes.
Ingredients: Sencha green tea, milky oats, red clover blossom (all organic)
